About The Position

Requirements
- We’re looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Capable of thinking on their feet and able to keep up in high-pressure situations.
Nice To Haves
- Previous food and beverage experience is a plus, it is not required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dining room for guests by cleaning and setting tables.
- Transport all dirty tableware from the dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
- Monitor and maintain table settings by removing dishes as they are completed, replenish drinks and utensils, clean spills and attend to guest requests
- Support and collaborate with service staff by setting up and replenishing condiments, assist with delivering food, retrieve supplies as required, and organize and clean all stations.
