About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience managing people in a mid-size, full-service restaurant environment
  • Demonstrated experience running day-to-day restaurant operations, not just floor supervision
  • Strong understanding of hospitality fundamentals, including service standards, guest recovery, and team engagement
  • Proven ability to schedule, train, and develop front-of-house teams
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting with multiple service demands
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A hands-on leadership style with a visible presence on the floor

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in event-driven or destination dining environments strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including service flow, staffing, floor management, and guest experience
  • Manage and lead front-of-house teams with clear expectations around service standards, professionalism, and accountability
  • Create and manage schedules aligned with business levels, events, and labor goals
  • Maintain operational standards for opening, closing, cash handling, and shift execution
  • Partner closely with culinary and events leadership to align service execution with menus, timelines, and event details
  • Lead pre-shifts, training sessions, and ongoing coaching to ensure consistency in service delivery
  • Monitor guest feedback, resolve issues in real time, and uphold a high level of hospitality
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies
  • Support inventory oversight, ordering processes, and basic cost awareness related to front-of-house operations
