Blue Dog Hospitality, the innovators behind The Deauville Inn and Yesterday's Creekside Tavern, is looking for experienced, like-minded leaders to help us run the team this Summer. The Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. Ensuring efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. Experience in a high-volume establishment is a must. We're looking for a strong leader that will be positive and uplifting in stressful & fast-paced work environments. This is a seasonal management position.
