The San Luis Hotel is seeking a seasoned restaurant manager that will be responsible for overseeeing all day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a managaement role in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant support staff to ensure a high standard of service
  • Display professional conduct, sound judgement, the highest level of professional integrity and a strong work ethic.
