About The Position

The rainbow cone assistant general manager will work closely with the general manager to achieve all goals of the store. The ideal candidate is a driven, self‐ motivated individual that can perform at the highest of hospitality levels, without compromising the integrity and values of the business, whilst promoting a fun and safe environment and has strong organizational skills with the abilities to follow direction and to lead the hourly team

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent or 1‐3 years of experience in F&B
• Illinois and city of Chicago manager sanitation license
• Strong understanding of ice cream cycles and storage
• Ability to lift 40 lbs comfortably
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more

• Purchasing & Inventory
• Community engagement and outreach through our social media feedback
• Venue cleanliness and sanitation
• Ensure the entire team complies with health regulation and certifications
• Assist GM with R&M reports of the venue and equipment
• Enforces policies procedures and controls
• Conduct Monthly meetings with supervisors to recognize opportunities
• Constantly engage with guests in the parlor to observe portions and atmosphere
