About The Position

As a Cracker Barrel Restaurant Manager, you are a leader focused on both people and the place. You will oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring guests and team members experience the company's commitment to "Always Serving Up More Than a Meal." Your leadership will involve coaching and developing your team, managing inventory, and delivering the expected guest experience. Supported by tools and training, you will set an example and inspire your team to embody country hospitality.

Requirements

2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
Ability to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as needed
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations

Manage inventory

Manage the full restaurant experience from kitchen flow to front-of-house service
