Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of restaurant operations, health and safety regulations, and food service standards
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality management certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service
Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain a motivated and professional team

Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to control costs
