Join our Food & Beverage – Restaurant TEAM in this pivotal role, where you'll deliver outstanding Guest Services and ensure the seamless operation of our Restaurant services. As a Restaurant Manager, you will coordinate and inspire our staff to deliver exceptional products and outstanding service to our restaurant customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • 3-years' experience in food & beverage, culinary, event management or related professional area preferred
  • Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
  • Food Handlers Certification required
  • OSHA certification or equivalent knowledge of OSHA regulations
  • Basic mathematical skills to prepare financial reporting

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by setting a positive example, promptly addressing guest requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure overall satisfaction
  • Foster strong working relationships within Food & Beverage and other hotel departments
  • Move throughout facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met
  • Evaluate cost effectiveness of all aspects of operation. Develop and implement cost saving and profit enhancing measures
  • Interview, hire, and train in the procedures and techniques of Food & Beverage for the efficient operation of the restaurant
  • Ensure proper cleanliness, use, repair of all F&B equipment and closet/storage areas
