Food People Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in the Columbia Market! This position will serve as a floating manager between our TakoSushi locations in the Columbia/Lexington area. The Restaurant Manager assists in planning and directs all restaurant operations for one location. Maintain high standards of food, service, health and safety, and optimal utilization of staff and resources. Ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant Responsible for administration, sales, profitability, staffing and training. Oversee all Front of House, Sushi and Back of House functions including coaching and developing restaurant managers for success in their respective departments.
