About The Position

Applebee's, a large casual-dining chain, focuses on serving good food to good people. American Franchise Capital owns and operates 72 Taco Bell and 47 Applebee’s restaurants. This role is for a Restaurant Manager who will work with the General Manager and other team members to ensure guest satisfaction with food and service. The manager will need to quickly resolve any issues that arise. This position offers growth opportunities within a full-service casual dining restaurant company. In this role, the Restaurant Manager will manage front-of-house and service teams, performing assistant manager duties as part of the restaurant management team.

Requirements

• 1 years of Restaurant Manager Experience
• A passion for service
• A commitment to serving great food to our guests
• At least 21 years of age upon date of hire

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests leave happy with their food and their experience with the team
• Think quickly to solve any issue that arises in the restaurant
• Manage restaurant front of house / service teams
• Perform assistant manager roles and duties as a member of the restaurant management (AM) team
