Requirements

3 years of Leadership experience
Senior -level leadership experience with a proven ability to develop others
Strong analytical, problem -solving, and strategic thinking skills
Ability to lead through influence, build trust, and hold teams accountable
Passion for people development and Chick -fil -A’s values

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
Restaurant or hospitality leadership experience (Chick -fil -A experience strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

Deliver operational excellence across Front of House and Back of House through strong systems and leadership alignment
Increase profitability by identifying opportunities to improve labor efficiency, food cost, and operational performance
Build and develop high -performing leadership teams by coaching managers and emerging leaders
Serve as a thought partner to the Owner/Operator, helping translate vision into execution
Managing a team of 100+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
Maintain a culture that prioritizes food safety, team safety, and consistent execution
Drive strategic initiatives and projects that move the business forward
Ensure clear communication and accountability across Directors, Managers, and Shift Leaders
