This role provides significant autonomy and ownership, allowing you to act as an operator over a portion of the business while partnering closely with the Owner/Operator and leadership team. Requirements

  • 3 years of Leadership experience
  • Senior -level leadership experience with a proven ability to develop others
  • Strong analytical, problem -solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to lead through influence, build trust, and hold teams accountable
  • Passion for people development and Chick -fil -A’s values

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Restaurant or hospitality leadership experience (Chick -fil -A experience strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver operational excellence across Front of House and Back of House through strong systems and leadership alignment
  • Increase profitability by identifying opportunities to improve labor efficiency, food cost, and operational performance
  • Build and develop high -performing leadership teams by coaching managers and emerging leaders
  • Serve as a thought partner to the Owner/Operator, helping translate vision into execution
  • Managing a team of 100+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
  • Maintain a culture that prioritizes food safety, team safety, and consistent execution
  • Drive strategic initiatives and projects that move the business forward
  • Ensure clear communication and accountability across Directors, Managers, and Shift Leaders
