About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction through a hands-on management style, leading and motivating employees to achieve cost control and labor management. The role involves inspecting the establishment to ensure compliance with occupational, health, safety standards, and liquor regulations, as well as maintaining accuracy in paperwork such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience
• Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic
