Southampton Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Restaurant Manager position. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and supervising the daily operations of the dining rooms and restaurants to ensure staff provide residents and guests with a pleasant dining experience. Works in conjunction with other department managers. Enforces all policies including, but not limited to employee appearance, attendance and punctuality, service standards, and completion of job duties. Holds regular department meetings and drives employee engagement and retention. This position requires the manager to be on the floor during meal service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment
