The Restaurant Manager role is a junior management position responsible for overseeing the daily food and beverage service within the club’s restaurant operations. This role ensures a seamless and exceptional member experience by delivering all food and beverage services in line with club standards, including service quality and safety compliance, and working to exceed member expectations. The Restaurant Manager assists the Restaurant Director with meal-period oversight and is hands-on during low-volume periods, taking on direct service responsibilities to maintain smooth operations.
