The ideal candidate loves working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene, can communicate with Team Members and Guests in a way that inspires fun, enjoys immediate gratification from improving guest experiences or inspiring team performance, and is driven to exceed goals. This role requires the ability to handle high-volume days, be physically active during shifts, and oversee all aspects of the business from minor details to the big picture.
