You’ll lead by example on the floor, support and develop your team, and partner closely with hotel leadership to drive results.

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant management experience (hotel or upscale casual preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • A passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
  • Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage the performance of all restaurant team members
  • Foster a positive, engaged, and service-oriented team culture
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
  • Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and control food and labor costs
  • Collaborate with culinary, hotel, and leadership teams
  • Address guest feedback proactively and professionally
