About The Position

As the Front of House Restaurant Manager , you will play a key leadership role in launching and operating a new upscale dining concept . You are the orchestrator of the guest experience, setting the tone, leading the team, and ensuring every detail reflects the level of service expected in a refined, high-quality restaurant environment. You will oversee daily front-of-house operations, guide and develop your team, and partner closely with culinary leadership to deliver a polished yet inviting experience. Requirements

  • Experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants , lifestyle hotels, or elevated hospitality environments
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and develop teams
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage
  • High attention to detail and commitment to consistency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, opening environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Wine and beverage knowledge or certification
