The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and profitability. This role involves managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The primary focus will be on running the floor, but light admin and other tasks may be assigned as well. Bassett Street Brunch Club isn’t just brunch—it’s an experience.
