About The Position

We are looking for a high-capacity Restaurant Manager / Director-in-Training to join our team at Chick-fil-A in Roseville, Michigan. This is a hands-on operational leadership role designed for someone who can step in, lead people well, drive strong results, and grow into greater responsibility over time. This opportunity is ideal for a proven Front of House or Back of House leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to build high-performing teams, and wants to be part of a growing operation. We are looking for someone who can strengthen day-to-day execution now while preparing to help lead future growth opportunities, including increased operational complexity and expansion of the catering business. You will work directly with an Owner/Operator, lead from the front, and receive world-class support and development through Chick-fil-A.

Responsibilities

  • Leading restaurant operations with excellence in hospitality, speed, accuracy, food quality, and team execution
  • Coaching and developing Shift Leaders and team members to confidently lead high-performing shifts
  • Managing and influencing a large team by setting clear expectations, creating accountability, and building a culture of ownership
  • Driving measurable results in operations, people development, guest experience, and profitability
  • Supporting either Front of House or Back of House leadership based on experience and strengths
  • Maintaining excellence during peak periods across Drive-Thru, Front Counter, production, and kitchen execution
  • Partnering cross-functionally to ensure smooth communication and seamless execution between FOH and BOH
  • Protecting profitability by stewarding labor, reducing waste, and improving operational systems
  • Ensuring a clean, safe environment with strong food safety and team safety standards
  • Helping prepare the business for future growth, including broader leadership responsibility and catering support opportunities
