Requirements

Previous supervisory experience.
Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
Proficient computer knowledge.
A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of restaurant management experience.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
Maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity.
Oversee the restaurant condition and ensure that it complies with company policies & procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
