Requirements

Previous supervisory experience.
Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
Proficient computer knowledge.
Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
At least one year of restaurant management experience (if not possessing a High School diploma or GED).

Nice To Haves

High School diploma or GED (if less than one year of restaurant management experience).
Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
Maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity.
Oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies & procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
