About The Position
Belle Noble Restaurant Group is looking for leaders — from entry-level floor and reservations managers to beverage managers to seasoned GMs. We are open to both hourly and salaried leadership roles. Our Restaurants: Le Moo (Elevated Steakhouse) Sake A Go Go (Japanese & Sushi – NuLu) Grassa Gramma (Italian) Village Anchor (European Bistro) For 16 years, Belle Noble has been a thriving, growing hospitality group in Louisville. With multiple successful concepts and a robust events and catering division, our leaders are involved in operations, marketing, programming, and revenue strategy — not just running shifts. Growth opportunities exist across concepts, so you are not waiting for someone above you to leave in order to advance.
