About The Position

This role owns the front door, reservation strategy, guest personalization, and in-store marketing execution to ensure every guest experience is maximized, memorable, and revenue-driving. Belle Noble Restaurant Group is hiring a Marketing & Reservations Manager at each of our four restaurants. This role may be structured as hourly (30+ hours per week, mid-to-high $20s/hour range) or salaried, depending on experience and fit. For 16 years, Belle Noble has been a thriving hospitality group in Louisville. Branding, marketing, and guest experience are central to our growth. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible, high-impact role at exactly the right time. This position reports to the Restaurant GM, as well as the Director of Operations and Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own the host stand and overall first impression
  • Manage and strategically plot the reservation book to maximize covers and optimize flow
  • Maintain detailed guest profiles to ensure customized, thoughtful service
  • Acknowledge all VIP notes and reservation details
  • Prepare for celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, special requests) with elevated touches
  • Ensure servers and managers are briefed on important guest notes
  • Follow up with guests post-visit to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing on social media, text campaigns, email blasts, and promotional initiatives
  • Maintain all guest-facing collateral (menus, signage, postcards, business cards, printed materials)
  • Participate in branding discussions and concept development
  • Help execute 6+ monthly charity events as a representative of the brand
  • Field large party inquiries
  • Detail and plan large parties with customized menus and elevated experiences
  • Execute revenue-driving events such as happy hours, wine dinners, tastings, and live music programming
  • Identify creative opportunities to drive guest engagement and repeat business
