The Restaurant Attendant / Busser plays an essential role in creating seamless, polished dining experiences. This position supports the service team by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment while providing attentive, guest-focused assistance. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of dining or customer service experience preferred, ideally in a fast-paced or upscale environment.
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, physically active environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Swiftly clear, clean, and reset tables using spotless serviceware to maintain an immaculate dining area.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of service stations, ensuring silverware, linens, condiments, and supplies are readily available.
  • Greet guests with courtesy and assist in serving beverages, bread, butter, and other table accompaniments.
  • Transport dirty tableware and glassware to the dishwashing area following proper sanitation procedures.
  • Support servers and fellow team members to ensure smooth, efficient, and elevated service throughout all meal periods.
  • Assist with maintaining overall dining room cleanliness, layout, and readiness for service.
