The Restaurant Attendant / Busser plays an essential role in creating seamless, polished dining experiences. This position supports the service team by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment while providing attentive, guest-focused assistance. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury setting.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of dining or customer service experience preferred, ideally in a fast-paced or upscale environment.
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, physically active environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities
- Swiftly clear, clean, and reset tables using spotless serviceware to maintain an immaculate dining area.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of service stations, ensuring silverware, linens, condiments, and supplies are readily available.
- Greet guests with courtesy and assist in serving beverages, bread, butter, and other table accompaniments.
- Transport dirty tableware and glassware to the dishwashing area following proper sanitation procedures.
- Support servers and fellow team members to ensure smooth, efficient, and elevated service throughout all meal periods.
- Assist with maintaining overall dining room cleanliness, layout, and readiness for service.
