Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including alcohol service regulations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus, offering recommendations as needed
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and provide receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
