About The Position

Position Summary: Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated DSP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with disabilities and a strong understanding of behavioral support. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a day program setting.
• Strong understanding of behavioral support and ABA principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in a day program setting.
• Implement individualized support plans, including behavioral interventions and ABA techniques.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Facilitate recreational and leisure activities.
• Transport members to and from appointments and outings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
• Client is in a wheelchair and needs physical assistance with all daily living skills, total care bathroom assistance, eating assistance, redirection for behavioral support, transportation from home and in the community for community connections
