About The Position

The Respiratory Clinical Lead will serve as a respiratory therapist team leader, responsible for assuring the appropriateness, quality, and consistency of all aspects of respiratory care. This position acts as the Respiratory Therapy (RT) clinical liaison to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers. The role involves providing all types of diagnostic and therapeutic Respiratory Therapy procedures in accordance with hospital and department policies, under the direction of a licensed physician. The Respiratory Therapy Department operates under the medical direction of the Medical Director of Respiratory Therapy or their designee. The lead provides clinical leadership and helps ensure the quality and appropriateness of respiratory care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Successful completion of RRT examination offered by the National Board for Respiratory Care required

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities
