This position works closely with the Director of Resource Development and Marketing, Donor Relations Manager, Communications and Marketing Manager, and Special Events Manager to provide support for fundraising activities, donor relations, and special events to accomplish departmental administrative tasks. The right candidate will be an extremely organized individual with the highest level of attention to detail and professionalism. Close, daily communication with team members is necessary, especially when support for special projects is needed. Attendance will be required at development events that sometimes take place outside the office and outside of regular work hours. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have excellent computer and organizational skills. This position requires a team-oriented person who understands the dynamic of working with a management team to achieve Open Hand’s fundraising goals
