About The Position

The Resource Coordinator will oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of our ongoing programs, including planning, organizing, and delivering tangible goods to families in need. The Resource Coordinator works in all 24 counties served by CMFCAA to provide direct resources including vouchers, special requests, begin again backpacks, and any other direct service resource available.

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • 1-year computerized data management
  • Customer service/retail experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of foster & adoptive care (preferred)
  • Background checks are required
  • High School Diploma

Responsibilities

  • Oversee resource allocation and distribution of tangible items throughout our 24 counties
  • Evaluating family needs and responding appropriately
  • Make initial contact with families in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with family to determine immediate needs
  • Problem solves to respond to family needs
  • Request tangibles for families appropriately
  • Communicate with families to coordinate pickup or distribution of tangibles
  • Enter data into appropriate database
  • Collaborate with other CMFCAA programs, to ensure standardization of department response
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Collaborate to improve services
  • Collaborate with other departments on community resources within your office region
  • Conduct outreach efforts
  • Recruit and maintain relationships with area partners and donors by utilizing outreach efforts within the 24-county coverage area.
  • Utilize our database for program evaluation and to assess the strength of programs and services
  • Ensure data collections are accurate and complete
  • Frequently review survey feedback and address any concerns, if needed
  • Assist with customer services relations, communicating bulk needs for inventory, and stocking inventory as needed
  • Ensure all tangible requests are processed in timely manner
  • Handle customer service complaints
