As a Resort Coordinator , you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Responsible for ordering for the resort needs including, but no limited to our resort market, team member needs and resort events. Collects proper documentation in order to complete vendor contracts in corcentric including various contracts related to annual reserve projects. Arrange meetings on behalf of the General Manager; document and distribute minutes as required. Ensures all vendor inquiries are handled professionally and expediently. Assist General Manager with reserve budgets/projects (processing invoices, reconciling project reserves) Calendar management and meeting coordination Professional email and written correspondence Recordkeeping and organization of confidential files Report preparation and basic data tracking Invoice processing, purchase orders, or expense reports (role-dependent) Supporting managers and departments with administrative needs Prepare, review, and process contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
