[email protected] Opportunity Summary: Under the guidance of the Residential Supervisor (RS), the Residential Training Coordinator (RTC) plays a pivotal role in supporting the onboarding and continuous training of Direct Support Professionals (DSP). This position is integral to enhancing the quality of client care, focusing on competency-based skill development and mentorship for DSPs. The RTC ensures consistent and efficient adherence to residential care responsibilities. Beyond training, the RTC stands as a reliable resource and mentor, fostering a positive learning environment and helping to refine DSP skills, engagement, and effectiveness. Schedule: Due to the 24/7 nature of Origami’s Residential Program, this position does not follow a fixed schedule. Work hours will vary week to week based on program needs and may include daytime, evening, and weekend hours. Flexibility is required to ensure consistent support for clients and staff.
