About The Position

In this role, you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and structured environment for individuals on their journey to recovery. If you're someone who thrives in a compassionate, people-focused setting, we’d love to meet you. As a Residential Technician, you’ll be a key part of our residents’ recovery experience.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to complete training onsite)
  • Willingness and ability to obtain Medication Assistant I and Nurse Aide certifications
  • One year of work experience in a human services or treatment-related setting (preferred)
  • Willingness to complete Narcan administration training
  • Ability to pass a background check and comply with our drug-free workplace policy, including pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
  • If in recovery, one must have achieved a period of sustained abstinence and be able to demonstrate successful rehabilitation and stability.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of work experience in a human services or treatment-related setting (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive living environment
  • Administering medications in accordance with established protocols
  • Assisting residents with daily living tasks like cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Providing transportation to appointments and community outings
  • Offering encouragement, emotional support, and positive reinforcement
