Your role as a RESIDENTIAL TEAM LEADER As a Residential Team Leader at Cumberland County Guidance Center, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our A+GRP Residential Group Home, ensuring the effective supervision of staff and adherence to DMHAS regulations. Your responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing vital data for our Quality Improvement Plan, focusing on outcome measures, resource utilization, engagement, and client satisfaction. You will develop and implement tailored treatment plans and clinical documentation while delivering direct services that promote residents’ integration into the community. Advocacy will be at the heart of your work as you collaborate with treatment providers to create recovery-focused interventions. Furthermore, you will facilitate House Council meetings, coordinate engaging programming, and be prepared to respond to emergency situations, providing coverage at residences when needed. A Bachelor's Degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited college or university is essential, as is at least one year of experience in a residential mental health setting. Your supervisory skills will be crucial for effectively managing staff while fostering a supportive environment for residents. Familiarity with community resources and agencies will help you connect residents to essential services and support systems. Additionally, a valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean five-year driving record is required to maintain compliance and qualify for insurance coverage.
