Requirements

• A genuine passion to serve others and a strong focus on creating seamless, efficient support environments with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven time management and communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and quickly adapt to the needs of a growing program
• An Associate's Degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct support or similar services (experience can be substituted for education)
• Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR and Med Aide 40

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery
• Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of dedicated Direct Support Professionals
• Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve
• Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations
• Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements
• Oncall responsibilities will include other hours as needed to support the department/agency
