About The Position

As a Direct Support Supervisor, you will be a passionate and organized leader responsible for ensuring the highest quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves coordinating and managing all program activities to meet regulatory requirements, serving as the vital link between support and successful operations. You will oversee operational management, team development, seamless support coordination, and meticulous record-keeping to maintain excellence and compliance.

Requirements

• A genuine passion to serve others and a strong focus on creating seamless, efficient support environments with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven time management and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and quickly adapt to the needs of a growing program.
• An Associate's Degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct support or similar services (experience can be substituted for education).
• Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR and Med Aide 40.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
• Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of dedicated Direct Support Professionals.
• Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve.
• Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations.
• Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.
