About The Position

As a Direct Support Supervisor, you will be a passionate and organized leader responsible for ensuring the highest quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role serves as the vital link between effective support and successful operations, coordinating and managing all program activities to meet every regulatory requirement. The position involves overseeing program functions, team development, appointment coordination, and maintaining compliant records.

Requirements

• Proven time management and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to quickly adapt to the needs of a growing program.
• An Associate's Degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct support or similar services (experience can be substituted for education).
• Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR and Med Aide 40.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
• Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of dedicated Direct Support Professionals.
• Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals served.
• Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations.
• Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.
