Residential Support Staff
About The Position
This role is for a Residential Support Staff within a Community Residential Rehabilitation Program in Kennett Square, PA. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. The organization, Chimes, is a mission-driven nonprofit that provides a wide range of services including educational, employment, vocational, residential, habilitative, and behavioral health through a network of national and international affiliates. Requirements
- 1 year of human services experience (or equivalent combination)
- High school diploma/equivalent
- Criminal Clearance
- Fingerprint-based federal criminal history
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation and planning
- Support household organization: cleaning, ordering supplies, maintaining shared spaces
- Monitor medication regimens (as applicable)
- Document services accurately and on time
- Follow all program policies, licensing standards, and incident reporting procedures
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, families, and community partners
- Participate in required trainings, meetings, and supervision
