About The Position

Responsible for the care and supervision of adolescent male residents ages 12-17 with a mental health diagnosis in a residential group home environment. Duties include ensuring that a therapeutic environment is maintained in conformity to health, safety, and nutrition requirements. Adheres to the core values and trauma sensitive practices and presents as a role model for the youth in the community residence and community. Assists in meal prep, recreational activities, and skill building services. Training is provided.

Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must maintain valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

• College Degree
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents
