This role is part of the Community Residential Rehabilitation Program in Kennett Square, PA, supporting adults and families.

Requirements

• 1 year of human services experience (or equivalent combination)
• High school diploma/equivalent
• Clearances: Criminal Clearance, and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and planning
• Support household organization: cleaning, ordering supplies, maintaining shared spaces
• Monitor medication regimens (as applicable)
• Document services accurately and on time
• Follow all program policies, licensing standards, and incident reporting procedures
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, families, and community partners
• Participate in required trainings, meetings, and supervision
