The I/DD Residential Supervisor is responsible for managing the operations of two residential community homes, including; ensuring the health and safety of the individuals residing in the home and providing supervision and guidance for Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff. The Site Supervisor will ensure that the assigned sites remain in compliance with 6400 Regulations and that Corporate Policy and Procedures are followed. The ID Program integrates health care with other supports and leverages Holy Redeemer’s expertise to enhance the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities

Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Five years of experience in a caregiver role (work/volunteer/or life experience preferred in the intellectual disabilities service system).
  • Three years of supervisory experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate data systems.
  • Ability to facilitate communication between internal and external customers.
  • Excellent basic and persuasive communication skills.
  • Must have a valid PA driver’s license, and satisfactory background checks including but not limited to (Pennsylvania Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance, Act 34 Criminal Clearance and Act 73 FBI Clearance).
