About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Residential Superintendent to lead the field execution of a luxury/custom home project in the Fairchance / Uniontown, PA area, starting in approximately 2 months. This role is ideal for a superintendent who thrives in high-end residential construction, has local ties, understands the expectations of discerning clients, as knowledge of the local Codes and Regulations, and is passionate about delivering superior craftsmanship and detail-driven builds. The Residential Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities from ground-up through final delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This individual will serve as the primary field leader, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and upholding the level of excellence expected in luxury residential construction.

Requirements

5–7+ years of residential construction experience, with a focus on custom or luxury homes
Proven experience managing ground-up home builds
Strong knowledge of residential building systems, sequencing, and high-end finishes
Familiarity with Fayette County and Pennsylvania building codes and inspection requirements preferred
Established relationships with local subcontractors and trades is a strong plus
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications in detail
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of residential construction from sitework through final punch
Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, and trade coordination
Maintain and enforce project schedules, ensuring timely completion
Ensure all work meets high-end quality standards and client expectations
Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations
Work closely with project managers, clients, and design teams to execute vision and details
Understanding and knowledge of the Buildertrend Project Management software, Excel, MS Word
Proactively identify and resolve field issues to prevent delays or rework
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
Track progress and provide regular updates to leadership
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies
