Luxury Residences Supervisor | Ranch Homes will ensure that the guest experience, activities, cleaning and servicing of Ranch Homes, public areas, meet Omni four star/four diamond standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain and provide 4-Diamond level guest service.
  • Ability to maintain 4-Diamond level cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work with management on special projects.
  • Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency as required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 75 lbs.
  • Must be ale to stand/walk for entire shift.
  • Must be able to communicate via radio and phone as needed.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Ranch Home Concierge and Housekeeping teams, ensuring seamless, anticipatory service that reflects Omni’s luxury standards.
  • Maintain proactive, personalized communication with both future and in-house guests, ensuring their preferences and expectations are understood and exceeded.
  • Coordinate and curate unique experiences for guests by staying informed on special events, guest itineraries, and personalized preferences for each Ranch Home.
  • Oversee and validate the flawless preparation and presentation of Ranch Homes through regular inspections and follow-ups, ensuring each home meets or exceeds our service and cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure cohesive team collaboration by facilitating clear, timely communication between departments regarding guest movement, special requests, and group needs.
  • Support and elevate the guest journey from arrival to departure, ensuring continuity and consistency through both concierge touchpoints and housekeeping excellence.
  • Assign and manage detailed special projects, including bespoke guest arrangements and high-touch service elements, under the direction of the Luxury Residences Manager.
  • Promptly report maintenance needs or discrepancies to ensure the Ranch Homes consistently reflect pristine condition and refined aesthetic.
  • Oversee and verify that all Housekeeping team members are fully equipped with the necessary tools, supplies, and training to deliver high-standard service.
  • Step in to support the team during high occupancy or peak service moments, including direct assistance with housekeeping or guest-facing roles as needed.
  • Manage daily room status updates and quality checks, ensuring seamless communication between front office and back-of-house teams.
  • Curate elevated in-home amenities and staging, ensuring that VIP and special request homes are prepared to delight and surprise guests.
  • Maintain exceptional knowledge of the property, resort amenities, and local area, enabling your team to provide authentic, informed recommendations.
  • Foster a culture of service excellence and professional development, coaching team members to embody luxury hospitality in every interaction.
  • Champion a safe, secure, and polished environment for both guests and associates, upholding all standards of luxury and professionalism.
