About The Position

What most plumbers actually want is simple: steady work, good pay, organized scheduling, and a company that respects the trade. That’s exactly what we’re building. We’re currently hiring experienced Residential Service Plumbers to join our team based out of Mountlake Terrace or Tacoma. If you enjoy solving problems, helping homeowners, and working independently while still having strong support behind you, this could be a great fit. This role is true service plumbing — diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and customer solutions. Not new construction. Not sewer crews all day. We also have separate divisions that handle sewer/drain cleaning and water heater installations, allowing our service plumbers to focus on what they do best.

Requirements

• Washington State PL02 Residential License or PL01 Journeyman License
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Residential service plumbing experience
• Professional communication with homeowners
• The ability to work independently and manage your day

Nice To Haves

• Interest in or experience with light commercial service work (for 01 plumbers)
