We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Plumbers to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll diagnose residential plumbing issues, provide expert solutions and options, and deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call. Responsibilities

• Perform all service and warranty calls as directed by dispatcher and/or Plumbing Manager.
• Inform Customers of company’s products and services.
• Present membership program on all non-membership calls.
• Correctly and completely fill out all service invoices and summary of findings using the perfect paperwork model.
• Provide necessary tools as required to perform professional Plumbing service.
• Attend all weekly training meetings.
• Develop personal and technical skills.
• Any and all other work-related tasks/duties as directed by Supervisor.
