Requirements

5+ years of plumbing experience
Residential or commercial plumbing service experience
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic mobile device and computer skills
Ability to pass DOT drug screen, medical certification, and physical exam
Ability to meet physical job requirements
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations when needed
Compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations
Commitment to safe work practices and PPE usage

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair plumbing problems
Perform plumbing service and maintenance work
Handle residential and commercial plumbing repairs
Communicate with customers about problems and solutions
Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls
Prepare service vehicles, tools, and materials for jobs
Complete service reports and job documentation
Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE
Work closely with dispatch and management to provide efficient, professional service.
