Requirements

• Journeyman Plumbing License (Alabama)
• 2+ years of residential service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and explain options
• Experience presenting solutions and recommendations
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems
• Handle service calls including fixtures, water heaters, drain issues, and general plumbing repairs
• Present options to homeowners and help them make the best decision for their needs
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call
