About The Position
NexGen HVAC & Plumbing is seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our team in Riverside, CA. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering top-tier service to customers. As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems while providing excellent customer service and helping customers make informed decisions about their plumbing needs.
Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of service plumbing experience
- Must live within 30 miles of the shop
- Must have own hand tools
- Driving record with no more than 2 driving tickets
- Must not have a DUI on record

Responsibilities
- Diagnose plumbing issues and perform service and repairs on residential and commercial systems
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, and gas systems
- Provide accurate estimates and explain repair or replacement options to customers
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company policies
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in excellent condition
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to service requests as needed
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
