About The Position

CertaPro Painters of New Bern–Jacksonville is looking for a driven, people-focused, results-oriented go-getter to own the customer experience from first consultation to final walkthrough. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role combining sales, leadership, and production management. If you enjoy building relationships, closing deals, leading teams, and seeing tangible results from your work, this role is for you.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, results-driven attitude
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• High attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• 2-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Sales or construction/painting experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Willingness to work some evenings or Saturdays as needed

Nice To Haves

• Spanish speaking a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and build strong, lasting relationships
• Conduct in-home consultations and create customized painting proposals
• Follow up with prospects and close projects
• Communicate clearly and consistently with customers
• Represent CertaPro Painters through marketing and community events
• Manage residential painting projects from start to finish
• Partner with Job Site Supervisors and crews to ensure quality and efficiency
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain field team members
• Conduct job site inspections and safety meetings
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards are met
• Collaborate with sales, office, and production teams
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM
• Set, meet, and exceed performance goals
