About The Position

The position of Residential Estimator is a highly valued, respected and compensated position at SLR. As such, its role is not to be taken lightly. This position reports directly to the Residential Sales Manager

Requirements

  • Experience in customer interaction (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
  • Industry knowledge (preferred)
  • Previous experience using a CRM platform is a plus
  • Self Sufficient; Must be able to work in an independent environment.
  • Motivated and dedicated to personal career development by reaching your set goals
  • Must have a valid Driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Ability to ask for the sale!
  • Conduct exterior and interior inspection to prescribe the best solution for each homeowner
  • Follow our highly successful sales strategy
  • Detail oriented, clean and precise paper work
  • Apply for financing and capture down payment in the home
  • Consistent and clear communication with staff and homeowners
  • Attend sales meetings 2-3 times per week
  • Available 8a-8p to run up to 3 appointments per day (1 saturday per month)
