M&M Home Remodeling Services is growing and hiring a Field Superintendent to lead roofing and exterior production in the Arlington Heights market. This is our top priority hire due to growth and internal promotions. If you have experience supervising roofing crews, managing jobsite quality, and holding teams accountable to timelines and code compliance - this is a strong leadership opportunity with realistic bonus potential.
